Ingredients (2-3 servings)
• 100 g oatmeal (wholemeal) • 20 g raisins or sultanas, washed • 20 g dried apple slices, finely chopped • 20 g sunflower seeds • 6 walnuts, peeled and chopped • 200 g Granny Smith • 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice • 200 g plain yogurt • 100 ml milk • 1 tbsp honey.
• walnuts • round-leaved mint • apples wedges • carrots, cut into strips • cinnamon.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples. Then marinate in lemon juice.
Mix the plain yogurt with milk and honey.
Pour the apple muesli into bowls, garnish with a whole walnut, a round-leaved mint leaf, a slice of apple and grated carrots, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
