Green smoothie with apple, mango, lamb’s lettuce, goji berries, coriander and chilli

Ingredients (serves 4)

• 2 Granny Smith apples • 1 mango • 100 g of lamb’s lettuce • 1 tablespoon of goji berries (softened) • ½ bunch of coriander (or more, according to taste) • ½ chilli • About 300 ml of cold water

Preparation

Peel the apples and mango and roughly chop them into cubes. Pour into the mixer and cover with cold water, then add the other ingredients and finely blend them at maximum power. Warning! The smoothie must not warm up during this process, otherwise it will lose its beautiful initial colour and turn grey.
