Ingredients
2 - 3 servings
200 g Granny Smith
100 g oatmeal (wholemeal)
20 g raisins or sultanas
20 g dried apple slices, finely chopped
20 g sunflower seeds
6 walnuts, peeled and chopped
10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
200 g plain yogurt
100 ml milk
1 tbsp honey
PRESENTATION

round-leaved mint
apples wedges
carrots, cut into strips
cinnamon
APPLE MUESLI
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples. Then marinate in lemon juice.
Mix the plain yogurt with milk and honey.
Shortly before serving miix all the ingredients together.
Presentation
Pour the apple muesli into bowls, garnish with a whole walnut, a round-leaved mint leaf, a slice of apple and grated carrots, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
