  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 20 g white sugar
  • 20 g apple vinegar

Preparation
Sour cream vendace roe crème
Whip the sour crème
Add roe
Add salt and lemon juice to taste

Pickled cucumber
Mix sugar, water, and vinegar in a pot
Heat to boil
Slice the cucumber
Cover cucumber slices in pickling juice

Frozen apple and cucumber
Cut cucumber and apples into cubes
Blend all the ingredients in a kitchen blender until smooth
Freeze down in a container
Use a fork to scrape
