1 Gala apple
2 tbsp honey
1 lemon, juice
1 small piece of ginger, finely chopped
1 sprig of thyme
FOR THE PRESENTATION
50 g walnuts
50 g sugar
100 g fresh goat cheese, medium-aged
honey
MARINATED RAW APPLE WITH FRESH GOAT CHEESE AND CHOPPED WALNUTS
Preparation
Mix the honey, lemon juice and ginger until it has become a marinade.
Wash the apple, cut into slices 1 cm thick and leave it in the marinade overnight.
Presentation
Caramelise the nuts in the sugar, allow to cool, chop finely and sprinkle over the marinated apple slices.
Sprinkle with crumbled fresh goat cheese and garnish with honey.
