Najat Kaanache

After various experiences at many top international gastronomic establishments, such as Per Se in New York and Noma in Copenhagen, Kaanache travelled around the world, teaching modern culinary techniques at international kitchens and festivals, as well as at Harvard and New York universities. She is currently the moderator on the programme ‘Cocina Marroquí’, a gastronomy-themed series aired in more than 20 countries. She is also the chef at her restaurant Nur in the Medina of Fès, Morocco.
