Basile De Wulf

27-year-old Basile de Wulf started his training at the Ter Duinen hotel school and at La Vieusart Academy in Belgium. On his travels through many European cities, he found and developed a unique and highly personal cooking style.
Since April 2021, the legacies of Brussels, Paris, Barcelona, Antwerp and Bruges have converged in the small Belgian village of Bovesse, where, in his restaurant Basile Cuisine Gourmande, Basile De Wulf serves up exquisite gourmet cuisine using fresh ingredients in a discreet, informal setting. A great chef and wine connoisseur, De Wulf knows how to spoil his guests with sumptuous menus and wine pairings.
