27-year-old Basile de Wulf started his training at the
Ter Duinen
hotel school and at
La Vieusart Academy
in Belgium. On his travels through many European cities, he found and developed a unique and highly personal cooking style.
Since April 2021, the legacies of Brussels, Paris, Barcelona, Antwerp and Bruges have converged in the small Belgian village of Bovesse, where, in his restaurant Basile
